This is a list of Request for Bid & Proposal Advertisements currently available with the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Purchasing Department.

ATTENTION VENDORS:  If you did not receive a RFQ postcard with a vendor label containing specific bid & vendor information, you must first complete UT Purchasing's online bid request form before downloading a bid document. You must provide either your vendor identification number or the required vendor information in the spaces provided on form. Please follow the downloading instructions at the bottom of the bid request form. To obtain a hard copy of a bid or proposal listed, you may contact the purchasing agent. Note: Any addendum to the listed RFQ/RFP/RFI documents will be posted on this site if and when they are issued. It is the bidder's responsibility to check this web site frequently for changes and addendums. Downloading of bid documents will require Acrobat Reader 4.0 or later. Bidders who did not receive a RFQ postcard & failing to properly register via the online bid request form may have their bid rejected.
