File Retrieval and Copying Costs

A copy of the bid tabulation and result of any University of Tennessee bid will be provided to qualified requestors in accordance with TCA 49-9-209(a) and 10-7-503(a) .  The University has a rule that sets forth what the University charges for producing copies of public records.  Under that rule, copying costs for black and white letter size copies of 8.5” X 11” will be billed, where applicable, at the rate of $.15 per page.
