A number of departments have continued to use an old FedEx account number 1263-7450-0. This number, which was assigned in 1986 as a "catchall", has been cancelled. Numerous billing problems stemmed from continued use of this account number. Each department must establish and use their own account number. To establish a new FedEx account number, please call 800-645-9424. Failure to use the proper account number will result in your department not being billed at the reduced state contract rate.
