The University of Tennessee began utilizing a cloud-based eProcurement system for it's bidding process on September 2, 2014. The system is a fully automated bidding process. All vendors who wish to conduct business with the University are required to register with ESM Solutions. There is no charge for this registration, it takes a few minutes and it is easy to use.

Note: See below for a list of standard bids issued prior to the transition to the online bidding process. Addenda to any RFQ/RFP/RFI shown on the below list will be posted on this website and is the bidder's responsibility to check to see if such documents were issued. For instructions on printing bid documents with different size pages click here. If you are unable to print a standard bid document, please contact our office at 865-974-3311. All vendors must submit a W-9 form with their bid.
