HP Toner Increase

 

Beginning March 1, 2012, the cost for toner through the University’s Staples contract will increase considerably, especially for older HP printers.  This increase is due to an increase from HP, from which Staples acquires the toner cartridges. 

The Treasurer’s Office is working with the Tennessee Board of Regents and Staples on a new HP Loyalty program to offset a portion of the increase, but this may not be in place until later in the spring.  See below for a list of toner cartridges affected by this increase.
